I want to buy fully loaded (always have) because I keep my cars for a while and dont want to have regrets.
Hoping supply improves soon but I have my doubts after speaking to a sales guy at Edison. He said they dont have anything that im looking for coming in February and he couldnt see further out. I dont want to look desperate because then they'll think they can charge whatever they want. I dont have a problem walking out if they get greedy.

Have you tried asking your dealer if they can locate one at another dealer and trade for it?

I think the timing depends on your trade-in right now. yes you’re going to pay MSRP for the new car it’s going to be a little higher than normal but with a good low mileage trade-in you may get $4000 or $5000 more than you paid for the car three years ago so you’re likely to have $10-$15,000 in equity. In normal times the same car but now has $10,000 equity they would pay off with no equity at all.
