Damned if that didn't fix the problem! Noise is GREATLY reduced. The road and wind noise are quite acceptable now. Just thought I'd share for those of you still experiencing excessive wind noise (to the point that it sounds like a window is not quite closed). Good luck.
Oh that's so awesome! Any chance you might have any further info on the Service Bulletin like a number or maybe point the way to your service department? I'm definetely going to want to get my 2022 Premium checked out as the wind noise has driven me crazy!

Kentucky Kwality

OK only half joking! My 22 ES does not have wind noise on the highway except for the sunroof but I keep the shade closed at all times.

I have a 2022 ES UL Cloudburst with the same wind noise starting around 40+ and coming from front passenger side. A few months ago, the dealer had a window specialist look at my front windshield glass. Poor insulation around the seams especially the front passenger side. They did some re-sealing, but specialist felt that whole glass has to come out and re-seal. Only problem is that 90% of the time, the glass will crack. Dealer had another windshield ordered, glass did crack, and they put in a new windshield with total insulation and seal. Seems there was an issue in Kentucky where the car was built. Quality Control not in operations? Now, No noise even at 80 mph. The dealership was great in New Jersey in resolving the issue. No scratches on dash or hood and all cameras re-calibrated.
