I have my iPhone 7 installed in my 2020 ES300h. I had an update installed on the phone and since then its caused problems. Perhaps I made a mistake somewhere. When I try to use the phone, it says it won't go through while driving. Also, when I do get it to work, it automatically dials a number. I have to quickly cancel it.
A complete reinstall would be the best solution. Can anyone help?

Go to SECTION 2 of the NAV manual and it will show you how to UNpair and then REpair the device. I've done this a few times when bugs occurred.

iPhone factory reset is probably what you're looking for. There's a multitude of "how-to"s on that - Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings is one from mothership Apple. Be really, really aware ALL your data is erased from the iPhone when it is factory rest so make a backup of all the data you want to keep. Provided the issue isn't in your personal non-system data with a good backup you'll be able to restore the factory reset iPhone with the personal data you had on it befroe the reset.
