Default Lexus Drive Pulse in Lexus app.

'Past trips' in the Lexus app haven't updated in a week. Anyone else?

They just released version 2.0 other day with new UI. I notice they stop giving out numerical score now.

The new Lexus App version takes a moment to sort out, the Driver Pulse now tiles vertically rather
that sweeping across. Nice to see a day's travels including the stops. The numeric score was a fun
"bragging rights" gimmick when you could just flash the number at co-workers that also drive Lexus!

I had the Driver Pulse cease updating and after a week the whole card disappeared from the app.
This was a year ago involving our 2020 ESh. Took two visits to the shop and opening a TAS case
to involve national level service follow up. Fixed it finally, deleting and reloading the app didn't have
any effect prior to the Intensive Care Unit procedure.

Interesting info. Thank you. Yeah I had a 91 when the data went away after the upgrade. (Mostly due to the Comma 3 driving)

I hope it sorts itself out. What you went through probably isn't worth the hassle to me.

Looking back last year I had the same issue as you but it sorted itself out after a week or two. I attributed it to back-end issue on the cloud side of things.

New version also does not have the Demo function. Doesn't matter to us but there are
coworkers at my Lexus store that used that to promote the Lexus App features.

Overall the new app is a big improvement over the last version. Looks like they reworked the authentication and "keep me signed in" mechanism behind the scene and fixed a bunch of bugs. The old one was a mess. Now if they can take some of the features from BMW app like the ability to schedule remote start that would be a welcoming feature.
