Default Spider web on paint?

I didn't notice this on my rims until it was hit with direct sunlight. What is this flaw on my rim? It feels completely smooth, so it's not cracks or chipping.
It's not all over the rim but mostly on this side.

That looks like fine scratches. Has the car been through a car wash? What year is your ES? Is your ES the Ultra Luxury model?

That to me looks like the wheel was painted without letting each coat dry long enough, the result is the paint shrinks and cracks also known as crazing.

Have you used any chemicals to clean them?

Did the employee took a broom and went to town with your rim?

yeah clear coat is bad. not scratched... needs to be repaired. any wheel shop can knock that out 200-250. it'll look like new.

unless your car is under warranty (not sure how old or how much mileage?)

Are those the graphite FSport wheels? Color looks lighter than most but could just be the lighting.

Yes graphite FSport. it's lighter because it was in absolute direct sunlight. Not noticeable otherwise.

**Thank you all!!!

My 2015 CT200h F Sport had a smidge of that same spider web clear coat cracks on one of the spokes. Factory wheels too. But it took 5 years for it to develop.
