Folks there is a technical service bulletin for squeaky brakes. Please read this and if it applies, contact your dealer. This is a known issue for some 2019-2022 ES models, the TSB came out recently (end of March).

Some 2021 – 2022 model year ES 250, and 2019 – 2022 model year ES 300h and ES 350 vehicles may exhibit a brake squeal/squeak noise from the front brake components. For customers who find these characteristics objectionable, an updated fitting kit is now available as a service part. Follow the Repair Procedures in this bulletin to address this condition.

Here is a snippet;
this is exactly what my car is doing and I’ve noticed that it only does it when the weather is hot and the brakes get warm. The first few weeks of May were very warm and that’s when it started and this last week has been cool and I haven’t heard it since the cool front blew in.
