What is stock offset and hub diameter for 17" and 18" wheels?

What is stock offset and hub diameter for 17" and 18" wheels?
I'm shopping for winter wheels, 17" to be precise. I know the bolt pattern which is 5x114.3. I did some searching and it seems the stock 17" wheel offset is +40mm and the stock 18" wheel offset is +45mm.
What I'd like to know is what is the hub diameter of the hub/wheels? I bought winter wheels for my RAV4 but they came with stupid hub centric rings. I'd like to avoid using these rings and pick wheels that have the right diameter from the start if possible. I'm having troubles figuring that number out.
