Clearing Health Alerts

Clearing Health Alerts
My Lexus app shows some rather ominous messages in the health alerts section. These alerts have shown since the car was new. It seems this should have been cleared during the PDI. Anyhow, I believe my dealer is very competent, but this one has them a bit stumped so I thought I would throw it out here to see if anyone has any ideas on how to clear them. This is a 2019 ES 300h. TIA

As good as the features of the app are, I find the app to be pretty broken and unreliable. Tire pressure isn't working, sometimes unlocking or locking the vehicle is inconsistent, remote start sometimes doesn't go through, and sometimes the app needs to be closed completely before features work. It's quite annoying and the dev team needs to fix it.

It's always possible there is a sensor problem on your car, and of course I wouldn't doubt the app has issues. However the three errors I am showing have been with the car since it was new three years ago, and in multiple versions of the app. It looks to me like the data for this car that is stored by Lexus has had this erroneous error message from the day the car was powered up by the dealer and simply never cleared. The result is that I will never know if these systems actually do fail since the error message is already active.

I have alluded to this previously, but last year I had to replace the steering module after a rodent chewed through the wiring ($4k non warranty repair). AFTER the replacement I began receiving health alerts of a malfunction in the steering. Had it checked out, everything is fine, but am still receiving the alerts. Yes, the app is unreliable to say the least.

Just to close the loop on this for anyone that may have the same challenge: I called Lexus and they opened a case. They said someone would reach out within 3 business days. On the morning of the 4th business day I received an email stating it was resolved, and to close the app and restart it to verify. All is good now.

A more innocent error notification in the Lexus App occurs if you lock the
car without using the key fob. Pressing the inside door handle Lock button
or flipping the manual lock toggle will lock the car but not notify the app,
set the alarm or (if equipped, fold the mirrors). When locking the car by
pressing the fob Lock button or touching the outside door handle it will
then lock the car, set the alarm and fold the mirrors.
