True. For the regular F Sport models, a gray badge is used.

In fact, that blue color doesn't appear anywhere on any F Sport cars I've ever seen. I did get a key glove with blue stitching on it with my 2016 IS.

I think IS500 F sport is a black logo. No gray which is for the 350 models.

Hummm! Interesting, I've never seen the blue before.

Gray with black background = F Sport Performance
Gray with white background = F Sport Handling (as well as all prior F Sport models)
Gray with silver background = F Sport Style

I think it's a little overly complicated, but I guess that's par for the course in this segment.

‘Yeah. Wow. Just a little complicated. IS500 goes one step different (I think). I am gonna have to research it.

Edit. . arentz07 you might have said it or I might be missing one of your posts.

Yes, here it is.

I do like the whole F Sport Performance idea... not unlike the "AMG-lite" cars like the C 43 AMG, or an M-Performance car like the M240i.

Our F-Sport RX 350 is not remotely "sporty".

I think stock is the right amount of "sport" for "F Sport." Lexus did a brilliant job!

Especially on a FWD land barge, do not draw excessive attention to:

LoUd PiPeZ (exhaust)
BrAkEz (red rental car calipers) let them remain stealth and stock. Plus 99.9999999% of caliper jobs are BAD. Do not draw attention to them!
Extra pOwEr. Again 300 hp... FWD.. not enough? haha.

Spot on. Anyone confusing the F with FSport really doesn't understand either one.
