I think digital is more functional...but I think the analogue fits the aesthetic and driving experience of the car.

Digital - the other choice is too busy and needlessly distracting.
Another question - does anyone not use the blue color scheme? There is a gold like choice but it looks pretty blah to me...

I stick with blue. I tried gold in my driveway and it seemed kinda gross so I switched it back before even driving with it on.

I spend more than a week driving with digital hoping that it will grow on me. Back to the analog.

Stupid question: '22 UL. Do I have the option of the analog speedo, or is that just an F Sport thing?

You have it, the only thing you don’t have is the power meter.

Made the switch. Big thanks the dr3wski for putting up the picture so I could do so.
I like the analog speedo much better. Not just for that method of reading speed, although after a lifetime of practice with analog speedos, I find it much more intuitive (and still have the digits in the head-up display anyway).
But because it just makes for a more visually pleasing gauge cluster. I was consciously bothered ever since I got the car that I just didn't like the styling of the gauge area with the giant 2-digit number in the middle. It just looked clunky, geometrically graceless... and like sub-luxury styling. I like looking at the pod much more now. Again, thanks.
