All made in Japan by Panasonic labelled as Lexus batteries.
I guess that's what "Experience Amazing" means

Based on his username, looks to me like it's probably either Spirit in Creve Coeur or Mungenast in Manchester.

That is a serious stain on that dealership, IMO. Again, I would pursue that with the zone office.

I know battery will typically last between3 to 5 years. However, I saw someone is still running Lexus original battery for 7 years and counting. Does Lexus battery brand supposed to be better (last longer) than others?
If you drive long distances, and keep short trips to a minimum, don’t spend too much time idling, and regularly top up with demineralised water, then the Lexus OEM Panasonic battery with genuinely “pure” silver anodes can last quite a long time, like 5 years or more.
Lexus won’t sell genuine OEM Panasonic battery, and if they do, it will be at least $1,500 each.

Aftermarket batteries don’t use genuinely pure silver anodes, so they generally only last 2-3 years due to side reactions - even more so if they’re the maintenance-free type with no way to add demineralised water - unless you’re good at prying the caps open.

You can still source Panasonic batteries from Japan.
