It was Mungenast Lexus in St.Louis Mo.Spoke to service department over the phone also called Kyle, who was my salesman.He said he would check into it and never called me back.

That is a serious stain on that dealership, IMO. Again, I would pursue that with the zone office.

My '19 ES350 FSport battery just died and luckily Lexus replaced it for free under warranty. I am just wondering why my original battery has such a short life. My car was original purchased new in mid September 2019 (35 months ago) and currently at 21K miles. Also my '17 GX460 battery died after 4 yrs and out of warranty. I know battery will typically last between3 to 5 years. However, I saw someone is still running Lexus original battery for 7 years and counting. Does Lexus battery brand supposed to be better (last longer) than others?
Lexus won’t sell genuine OEM Panasonic battery, and if they do, it will be at least $1,500 each.
Aftermarket batteries don’t use genuinely pure silver anodes, so they generally only last 2-3 years due to side reactions - even more so if they’re the maintenance-free type with no way to add demineralised water - unless you’re good at prying the caps open.
