Default ES350 wheel options

Greetings everyone, I'm new to this forum, but not the Lexus brand-- as I currently own a GX460.
My mother recently purchased a 2019 ES350, and unfortunately, the previous owner had installed "baller" 20" wheels on the car. As she's a 75 year old lady, and not a pro athlete or rap star, I figured I'd return the car as close to OEM as possible. I've recently found a set of 17" IS250 wheels for sale locally. (2015) They aren't staggered, the bolt pattern is 5x114.3, and the center bore is 60.1 just like the ES. Will these wheels fit my Mother's ES? I'm a bit concerned about the offset, as the IS is a RWD chassis, and the ES is FWD. All I can find online are offsets for both cars at 38-45mm, which is a bit confusing, as 38mm is pretty far from 45mm. I'd like to buy these wheels for her, but want to be sure they fit correctly. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

If you haven't done so already, suggest you do a VIN lookup on the 2019 ES350 to see what the OEM tire and rim size was. IIRC, there are some slight differences in offsets between 17 inch and 18/19 inch rim sizes so that can affect comparison evaluations.

I'm not sure how accurate it is but wheel-size.com has wheel fitment guides showing wheel tire and rim specs for various vehicles. Lexus ES 2019 Alloy wheel fitment guide and Lexus IS 2015 Alloy wheel fitment guide are links to web pages listing the varying details by model type and rim/tire wheel sizing combinations.

Assuming the 2019 ES350 was originally equipped with 17 inch rims, the rim specs are "7.5Jx17 ET40"; whereas, the 17 inch rim specs for a 2015 IS250 are "7.5Jx17 ET45". ET40 versus ET45 means there's a 5 mm positive difference in offset but the significance of that difference I'll differ to someone with expertise on the subject. (According to that web site, there's no difference in front and rear rim offsets for 17 inch 2015 IS250 rims but there is for 18 and 19 inch rims.)

Thanks for the info!
The 5mm offset difference was exactly what I was looking for. Not willing to take any chances with Mom's car, so I'll keep looking for a direct-fit set.

you can likely also use 2018+ 18" Camry wheels. there's a TON of those online. and they'd look decent too. then just throw on some Lexus center caps. they share platforms.
