Sounds like the motor still runs when it's all the way down. Does it make that sound when it's all the way up?

It does it only when all the way down

I think the rear springs are too soft on this car for most applications. I understand having a good amount of squat could be great for traction but you can measure the height difference as you go from a full to empty tank of fuel alone haha.

Try stopping it half way down and see if it clicks. I think the switch that senses when it's all the way down might be shot... Or maybe put some pressure on it when it gets to the stop position when down and see if the clicking stops... GOOD LUCK...
