Welp, I've got a console rattle.

Bonus one: passenger side visor. that one is tricky cause it doesn't seem like it comes apart. anyway i massaged it, the plastic vanity mirror frame and sliding cover. no more rattles. The plastic frame/plastics sat in just a way where it made a gap which rattled under certain frequency/ICE loads. And since there's no pratical way to disassemble it without causing creases or breaking it, i just massaged it/slightly bent it back and forth and it's quiet now.

That came from me. =) I'm the original and the first (and second LOL) to discover that on both my ESes! That's when I mistakenly insulated the entire factory hvac and headunit and disassembled them only to find out the answer was right in front of me in the knee pads and took 5 min to do.
Lets get this tackled. Though dash stuff is annoying cause removing the dash is a pretty much hard no for even the hardcore DIYers especially on a new car. When you say screen, you mean the speaker grill in the center of the dash?
Maybe remove it completely then run the ICE and see if you hear it. perhaps the wire loom connecting the light sensor/speaker too.
Also for anyone else the leather/vinyl top thing (whatever it's made of) above the gauge cluster is a source for rattling too. i solved that one by adding some foam tape.

I think the noise is coming from under the speker. TCCN said that he has the same buzzing noise and according to him it comes from the winshield vent.

It is very difficult to pinpoint the exact place where the noise comes from. Maybe my sunvisors are rattling so next I need to remove both of them and to drive the car like that to see if hear the buzzing noise.

I have my 2019 ES350 at the dealer doing an oil change. I have them check the mind boggling rattle and creaking of the center console. It’s just so bad and fils flimsy. I have never owned a car with this bad or an armrest/console.
I mean, you look at it the wrong way and it makes noises. It’s just so bad. I don’t understand how it passed design and implementation by Lexus. I played with it and seems plastic on plastic mounting with no rubber inserts etc. let’s see what the dealer says.

My 2019 is now four years old and I've never heard a sound from there. Is your audio volume too low?

Thread revival: Creak/rattle went away and just returned today. This time I found it: pretty sure it's the driver's seat frame.
Do I remember right that this was a problem with some 2019's? Is seat frame replacement the only proper fix?

Update: Scheduled the complimentary dealer service partly because I could piggyback it with a checkup on the newly returned noise.
Wouldn't you know it: The noise spontaneously quit again, as suddenly as it had returned. The dealer drove the car, checked the seat, checked its bolts, made a good faith effort to find the noise but couldn't. They graciously promised they'd service it if and when it comes back again.
I don't think I've (literally) heard the last of this...
