Genesis GV70 v4(Turbo) vs ES 350

I've been causally shopping the Genesis G80 and read genesisowners.com too. The reports about sales and primarily service at the Hyundai dealerships gives me second thoughts. Progress on standalone Genesis dealership has been really pokey. As you can imagine, on the G80 and G90 forums it's usually a small number of vocal unsatisfied owners that are most active, but it catches my attention.

V4? Are you sure? V4's are basically non-existent.

If you were to choose the lexus rx 350 v6 2022 vs the lexus rx 350 2024 v4t. Which would you align towards?
The 2022 here has normal speedo and not the digital one.
My audi garbage is in the garadge for a coolant leak and the minute it is out, it is going up for sale.

You should ask this question in the RX forum.

I own a brand new 2021 G80. 2.5 Turbo AWD prestige black/Black. Former BMW M owner. Genesis is AMAZING. Turbo had a lag but it was amazing (2X Punch).
Hyundai Dealer support has a wide range. Some ok some are just trying to “Fake it till you make it.” Hyundai resources just are not there. For example, it’s commonly ok for the service director to just not return your call if busy. Never ok at BMW dealerships.
I am going to buy a new ES Lux

I had requested for a test drive with Genesis and he suggested I put my name down on the waiting list to test drive the car which could take weeks, however he could deliver a new car in a day.
He also eluded that the cars are in a high demand that they can't keep up and that if I really wanted a test drive, I should call them regularly to track the location of the demo car. Not getting a warm and fuzzy feeling.

They have come a long way. Test Drove one (I think it was a V80 tho) I ended up getting a 23' ES F Sport instead.
I went to Genesis and he had a bunch of new car sale papers for the genesis cars on the table. He mentioned that that he has one car in stock and I had to make my purchase decision in 5 minutes if I wanted the car or else, wait for months due to shortage.

this kind of obvious lying is the signature of hyundai and kia dealers. And until just recently, in the states at least, there were no separate genesis dealers to sell genesis dealers—only hyundai dealers. Lexus buyers are choosing the transaction and the experience, not just the car (although the car itself is also a lot less likely to go wrong).
