And illuminated trunk sills...sold separately. I have both, they look great. The dealer installed them for me and I'm glad I got them on my 2022 UL.
I have illuminated trunk sills. It’s the last option listed on the window sticker.
How much did the dealer charge you for the install, particularly for the door sills, if you don’t mind me asking.
I saw a video on how to install them and it looks pretty easy. I may order some and install them myself. That’s the only option I don’t have that I would like. Don’t want a rear sunshade and I never liked the look of door edge film.

I had both the front door sills and trunk sill installed on 30 December 2020. Front door sills parts cost was $239 and trunk sill part cost was $350. (If various on-line Lexus parts pricing cites are valid, it looks like the illuminated front door sills parts cost hasn't gone up and there's at least one offering a $35 discount off of list price.)

I just have the total labor cost for each. So for possible adjusting to local pricing, it is probably reasonable to assume a "standard" labor hours time with a southern California dealer per hour labor charge rate. (Per law, the dealer has posted labor rates which at one time or another I've looked at but i can't recall off the top of my head what the rates are - just the notion not inexpensive.) Based upon two year old memories and work in progress indications from door and trunk open and closed Lexus app notifications and status queries, I think it took about a total of two hours give or take a few minutes to do both installations. (My ES was in for the 1 year complementary oil change, etc. when I decided to get the sills. So, I got a loaner car and left my car there overnight so they could start the installation the next morning when the parts arrived from the local Lexus parts warehouse. So, in the two hour installation time estimate there may be some car moving time slop in it.)
Illuminated front door sills labor cost was 359.88. Illuminated trunk sill labor cost was $159.88.
