Hi ESers,

I recently bought a used ES350 but it only come with one key, I will need to copy another one. Do you guys know how much it cost to replicate it?

My auto insurance covered the one my wife lost. Without the insurance though, there was the cost for the fairly pricey fob itself plus a significant additional charge for the dealer to program it. Make every effort to get your insurance to cover. It's not mere pocket change.

Thanks ALL, just found an OEM key fob from Keylessentry for 80 bucks and a quote of $110 from a locksmith guy going to have it programmed.

Make sure it is a brand new Virgin key. 2019+ ES will not accept a previously registered key (Refurbished, reconditioned). I already went through that for my 2020 ESh. I had to return that key since dealer was not able to get the authentication code for that key from Toyota service portal. I ended up ordering brand new from dealer. With programming around $600..................... CRAZY!!!!
