Now about my trusted Lexus Dealers.... There is no doubt in my mind that they are using this system to make extra $$$ off of people that don't know any better. This takes 5 minutes IF you know what to do. Longo Lexus wanted $200 to diagnose it. Maybe that would cover them resetting the camera, maybe not. It would have been nice if they had just said it needs to be reset and the cost is X. Make a fair profit, I'm good with that. Charging an hour labor to "diagnose" it (They told me their labor rate is $210/hour) is a bit excessive. Had they said the camera needs to be reset and we charge $200 for that operation, would have stung but at least they would be honest about what you are getting for your hard-earned $$$.
