I changed my head unit and now it says help any one knows what's wrong

 

It might help to give us a make and model of the head unit.

 

its a 1995 es300 the battery was installed and now it says help

I'm not sure if the 95 ES300 had an option of different type of head units (premium vs. base sound system) but if you could find the brand of the head unit as well that would be helpful.

Also check the user manual, I would check mine for you but my car is parked about 1/4 mile away and I'm a bit lazy right now.

 

lol car is crying for help.

i have an aftermarket stereo, and it started displaying LOCK or something like that, i forget what exactly it said. and i read its cuz of a short somewhere. so i would check for a short.

also i think this belongs in the audio/video section, but i think thats whats wrong. but not sure.

 

it means its locked and you will need the code for the radio my factory lexus es300 said that when i bought the car.
