Would halo (angel eyes) work the same way as far as fitting them though? Dumb question probably but I'm working on doing a similar project with my '01 ES300 and I'm not good with headlight projects.

^^ pretty much. Unless your fitting projectors I wouldn't bother with halo's. Halos are gay enough, now with halogen lamps they'd be stupid altogether.

that looks ridiculously clean. looks OEM. all you need is some HIDs for some good cutoffs!

I do have Hids inside the projectors 6000k! The cutoff is nice and crisp and clean!
