Definitely looks better than the stock covers. My wife saw them this morning and thought I sprung for another set of wheels and went on a tangent on how I'm spending too much money. I was tempted to keep the ruse going, but you can only take the fun so far

say "no honey, we couldn't afford rims because of the damage you do to the cars."

Definitely look better. A little tire shine wouldn't hurt either. Tires look a little ashy.
I know, she needs a bath and some buffing. Unfortunately, my weekends have been pretty busy
IMO, black cars, when they are clean and the tires are shined, look the best of any color. But they are very hard to keep clean, and dull tires really stand out. Personally, I'm over it. I keep my low mileage 430 spotless, but the rest only get cleaned occasionally, usually for special events.

LOL! I've also been neglecting my poor Polestar, which is also Black...although I did wash it yesterday
Tires are insanely tough but technically it should be replaced. Mistakes happen but to me that's not a mistake that is being careless and irresponsible.

He borrowed the car yesterday because he needed to go to an event in the East Bay which is far from our house. He picked up one of his friends who went with him, and he probably wasn't paying attention when he parked, In fact I know he wasn't. I'm going to give him hell when I see him this evening for sure. I've already texted him a pic, which I blew up to give it a more dramatic effect
This morning I was heading to work and waiting at a left hand turn. The truck behind me was idling so hard, it apparently made my Tesla think it was moving LoL
