Elon Musk confirms his threat: give me 25% of Tesla or you don’t get AI and robotics

I slept in my car and showered in the factory to work 12-hour shifts at Tesla. I still got laid off after 5 years.

My company did a 20 percent cut, including people who has been with company for more than 5 years and put in more than 12 hour days. Nothing earth shattering here

Is your CEO also looking for a compensation plan that pays him all the net earnings the company has ever made in the middle of that 20% cut?

I'll answer for you...no...because no CEO would ask for such a thing and no board would approve it.

In any other case, a competent Board fulfilling its fiduciary responsibility would immediately terminate a CEO making (wether tacitly or implicitly) a threat like this

That they won't kinda proves the whole independence thing we've been going on about.

The answer is no, but this compensation plan has been on the table since 2018. I'm not defending Tesla's cuts, but other companies that are financially healthy have made huge cuts, Google is a recent example

Close. Female coworker murdered her ex-boyfriend with the assistance of one of her many ex-husbands.

Dang, at least I was warm . Women can be more vicious than men, especially when a rival to their love interest is involved.

Knew a guy who had an Asian gf, he was nearly 6 ft she was like just barely 5 ft. He was terrified of her. She slashed his tires, tore up his apartment, and controlled him with an invisible leash. One minute they were lovey dovey, the next she was ready to cut "it" off. Dear God I felt for the guy

Too ambitious sometimes, maybe.

But not unstable.
He is juggling more than I could ever conceive.

Also, I think he should take his AI and robotics if it belongs to him or his other companies.

I'm trying to look at things fair and unbiased based on limited info I know, just the facts please. Lol

You work at a company where workers ROUTINELY spend 12 hour days????

You're right, the culture of over working at Tesla isn't good. Musk's whole "I sleep on the floor so you should too" mentality is workforce abuse. Then they turn around and have zero respect for their workers when they need to reduce costs...

You clearly don’t spend much time in the corporate world. Oh yes, if absolutely is real world. Remember a board got rid of Steve Jobs. Twitters board got rid of Jack Dorsey, Many big name CEOs have been removed by boards because it was in the best interest of the company and the shareholders. That’s what the board is supposed to be for.

Remember Papa John’s pizza? Board removed Papa John lol. In fact Tesla removed their CEO before Musk! Yahoo removed their co founder.

Musk has done and continues to do things that would have gotten him removed by a BOD.
