Their new park assist seems to be pretty good vs their first release which was a mess. I think where the confusion lies was when you pointed out similarities with Apple and Tesla. Imo when Apple releases a new feature, "it just works" and works well, usually better than the competition. When Tesla does its half baked and hot garbage (sometimes), until updates fixes it over time....some features are still worse than current vehicles and hopefully updates will get it up to par.
I didn't mean exactly like Apple, I probably should have worded that better. The thing is, Tesla has gotten better with releasing updates, so far getting on average two to sometimes three updates per month since May, my Tesla has only gotten better. Now if you want to see buggy software, you don't have to go any further than my Polestar, which I also love, BTW . Computer on wheels, that's the best way to describe a BEV.
As I stated earlier, I don't agree with everything they do, but at this point I'm all in, no regrets
Apple did some nice work with their CPU design but mostly they iterate, nothing new from them. What they excel at is keeping people hostage in their ecosystem.
The "Tesla" group of companies is attempting to solve far, far more difficult problems.
We Jim Cramer'd Apple stock by singing their praises.
Meanwhile TSLA continues to go absolutely nowhere.
I actually sold about a quarter of my Apple shares ....and put it in TSLA at around $209 . I'm waiting for TSLA to hit around $300....then I'm going to sell about half, and wait for it to drop again. With my luck, it will just shoot sky high LoL

You're a genius like me!

On another note, just got my first referral. My coworker is trading in his 3 series for a Model Y Long Range, and just placed the order today! Not sure how many points I'll get from Tesla, but once he does all financing and paperwork, everything will be good to go! I'll probably get the referral points once he takes delivery
I hope for you that this is wrong, but on the Tesla forums they're claiming there are no referral bonuses at present. They stopped on 1/1.
Don't know if referrals are valid for me but even if they are not gonna happen. Pretty much everyone I know is anti EV, 99% of the reasons are misinformation.
