I'm throwing my entire wardrobe at that damn thing! It doesnt have to be perfect, but its something. lol

As I look out the window at this snow, this Optimus would come in handy for clearing my little driveway, steps, porch, and sidewalks. lol.

I mean you wouldn't have to wait on it. Just let it do it's thing.

Not impressed though. Someone is controlling it and everything was set up for the robot to do it. Is Elon expecting us to be impressed?

Even if someone was controlling it, that's still pretty impressive. If you can get that type of precision, why wouldn't you be impressed?

Oh I could keep a robot busy.

I have painting and caulking that needs done around the house. Haha

First job for it will be to remove everything in my fridge and freezer and Windex everything like new, that would be it's first job so I don't have to do it.

Oh I have a lot of stuff to do! 🧐

Because Elon did it. Personally. All the people you see in that lab they don't do anything.

Exactly! As long as it doesn't go "I, Robot" on me, sign me up.

So many domestic tasks inside and out that it could do and I could go about my life taking care of more important things.

Maybe I-robot and will smith set expectations too high. The fingers and hands don't even seem like they are that precise. The shirt isn't folded very well, and is quite creased.

No robots for you... lol

They'll get better over time is what I'm expecting.

We're getting to the age of some real Sci Fi stuff!

Because I have seen something similar 7 years ago.

The hardest part is the robot independently doing the job. This isn't something ground breaking. The shirt was placed with a particular part hanging out the bucket, then someone off to the side is doing the movements which the robot mimics. I really don't understand why this should be impressive.

oh wow and here I thought it were the engineers developing Optimus and not Elon. Personally.

Your have to start with baby steps, especially if you are building an android type robot. If it folded that shirt under it's own control, I'm impressed. But robotics is not really my thing
