The shorter wheelbase does not help the already awkward proportions.

I actually think that EQS Maybach SUV looks way better than the regular EQS SUV...

I was thinking the same thing. Odd as I thought I was going to hate the Maybach version.

The Maybauch looks much better then the standard MB setup. No offense to anyone who likes it, but with the exception of hyperscreen dash, the rest of the interior was underwhelming. Still higher grade than Tesla, but that's not saying much unfortunately....

The 2024 EQS Sedan and SUV order guides have been released. Wow! A LOT of great changes coming to the sedan and SUV. Mercedes is definitely taking the Tesla approach and just updating things as needed instead of waiting for facelifts!

Some highlights for the 2024 EQS Sedan:
  • New design for front and rear seats with more luxurious look and feel, including redesigned seat cushions, backrests, side bolsters, and additional foam for added comfort
  • Extended recline for rear seat passengers
  • Rear seat bench extended by 2cm
  • Rear seat pneumatic seat cushion depth adjustment by up to 50mm
  • All new braking system for improved brake feel with revised regenerative braking software
  • 4Matic Disconnect (front motor disconnect) for improved range and efficiency
  • Heat Pump for improved range and efficiency
  • Power and torque increase for EQS 450+ and EQS 580
  • Hyperscreen standard on all sedans
  • Power adjustable rear seats, rear side airbags, comfort rear armrest, heated rear seats, improved rear seat bench design now standard
  • Power Opening and Closing Charge Port Door

Some highlights for the 2024 EQS SUV:
  • All-new braking system for improved brake feel with revised regenerative braking software
  • 4Matic Disconnect (front motor disconnect) for improved range and efficiency
  • Heat Pump for improved range and efficiency
  • All-New Battery, previously 108 kWh usable, now 118 kWh usable for improved range
  • Hyperscreen standard on all SUVs

Lots more changes to be seen in the order guides including new paints, upholsteries, and new options. Mercedes is keeping busy with the EQS line!

Back in July. They were I believe the first German automaker to say they were adopting NACS

I wonder if the latest updates that Signdetres mentioned above also includes the new Tesla charge port?
