Well, thats really not the problem. From first Model Y ever produced with HW4 to first update of that, took them 30 days? Is that supposed to be bad?
Or FSD?

Probably bigger problem that we had to wait for 4 months to get parking sensors kind of working without ultrasonic sensors.

In any case, Hyundai and Toyota both had 1 OTA update in first year their Ioniq5 and BZ4X were sold.

lol really?

VW didn't update their EV software stack for a year. Toyota makes you go to a dealer. The grass is always greener....

I was saying without saying that this is the exception for Tesla hence why I found it surprising.

BTW vision only park assist is already getting really good, and much better than ultrasonic because it can see height ultrasonic is not good at this.

I've already had two OTA updates on my Model Y since June

The Tesla literally takes about a second and a half from the time you sit in your seat, put your foot on the brakes and put it in gear. My Polestar takes about 3 seconds for the screen to wake up, and the camera takes about another two seconds to activate. But at least I get consistent OTA updates that improve the car each update

All Tesla cars still get updates. Except the Roadster.

This is a typical infotainment system from 2015.

Thread continues to wander and has become a catch all.

If someone wants to start a new 2nd half 2023 Tesla Business discussion ONLY thread that’s ok, but only if people will keep it on track.
