what a total puff piece. no explanation of the 'awards' and the links on the page just go to pages selling the cars.

toyota wins the best truck brand? dodge wins for most refined brand? please.

the only company that seems totally left out is general motors. guess they didn't pay the advertising fee.

can you say 'click bait'?

I would remove the word 'Luxury,' and apply all 5 categories

obviously i couldn't verify a lot of that or study in detail, but i found it to be a hugely impressive and significant piece of work. no government could ever produce something as concise.

I love how hydrogen is mentioned in that master plan. $19/kg

I don’t agree the following will happen:

”Both continental and intercontinental ocean shipping can be electrified by optimizing design speed and routes to enable smaller batteries with more frequent charge stops on long routes.”

“Short distance flights can also be electrified through optimized aircraft design and flight trajectory at today’s battery energy densities26”

^^ seems a little far out

I'm only a quarter way through the document, but man Tesla did their research. They are IMO the most forward thinking company which is why they are way ahead of all the competition. But for me, this is one of the many reasons I went EV:

Well the good thing about a Tesla (or any EV for that matter) is you can sit in the car with the heater running. Last week when I was on my way to SoCal, I was sitting in 36F weather with the heater running and the consumption was 8 kWh/per 100 miles
