right on cue.

while tesla likely did for cost and ease of manufacturing reasons, the 'plain' EV look is obviously a thing, a trend, maybe to go with "clean" cars or something, or to develop an apple-like vibe. have you noticed a lot of these cars are shown in white or very light colors?

Typo?.....I think you meant to say function over form.

lol, it's based on the Giugiaro designed Pony from the 80s. Do you think Audi invented C pillars or something?

Of course, it would be strange if you actually liked any Korean car for once.

The door panels are indeed pretty bad. Why does the Center console not connect like every other car. I don’t see the Audi rip off though

because it slides backwards and forwards (something reviewers thought was cool), allowing flexible storage and use of space.

i don't care for the way the two screens sit with white thick bezels and i assume you don't have to have white backgrounds on those two screens.

only thing wrong with it is that it does not look like CUV to me at all... it looks like regular hatchback, like a Golf or A3, or like ID3... definitely not ID4

And zero customers would have made the connection to the Pony in real life sales. But that is not the point. It is the rear lighting matching the Hyundai, not the c-pillar.
I'd be okay with the Korean cars if they did not put my dad's life at risk everytime he drove.

Right, they would make a connection to some forgotten Audi concept that literally nobody has seen except for some dude on a forum who hates all Korean cars.

Sounds like your dad knows better than you.

Stick to cars and not personal attacks. It brings down the forum.

The way I see it, those things you listed are compromises customers are forced to accept. Why can't the next level give us everything in one package? Lest, one can view a Prius, Mirai, Audi Q4 e-tron, regular e-tron, and e-tron GT, and enjoy some decent door panel styling.

Hyundai has one advantage over some of its competitors - Kia! The equivalent Kia is highly styled and looks completely different. The upcoming Genesis EV will cover the luxury part of the range. All on a common platform.

Mentioning that you hate all Korean cars is not a personal attack (Bit has brought up your tendency to trash them in threads time and again as he did a few posts above, and you yourself have acknowledged it before), nor is it a personal attack to say that your dad knows that his car won't kill him.

What I say stands true- nobody is going to even put some obscure Audi concept next to an Ioniq, and nobody has done it except for you. This is talking about the car.
