This morning I drove from south OC to Rancho Cucamonga (5-57-210, for those familiar with the I). What a fun drive! Handling is really great. Quite a bit of road noise though. Too bad the rear windshield is too small, I can’t see all the cars I dropped🤣 I hope CarPlay becomes available soon, I hate Google Maps.

My brother, sister-in-law and father live in Eastvale (near Corona) so I'm familiar with that area. You must be on the 20" tires, they are way noisier than the 19", which I have
Day 4, and I'm really loving My PoleStar. I get a lot of stares, and neighbors have been coming by to ask me what it is LOL. All the controls are pretty simple, and the touchscreen is very intuitive. AWD was definitely handy last night as it rained and I was driving home from my brother in laws house which up in the Fremont hills.
The thing I love most is on my way to work this morning I drove past the Costco gas station and was so glad I didn't have to get in that line to fill up!

Impossible, charging takes way longer and is far less convenient than getting gas in 5 minutes or less.
glad you like it. so as far as charging at home, what's the setup? you have a 240v outlet and plug into that? how long does it take from what % to %?
Thank you. My current panel is old and will not support 240v, I am in the process of getting a new panel installed as well as a dedicated 240v circuit, it's going through the permitting process right now so probably won't get done until April or May. At this point I am using Level 1 @ 110v. Last night my PoleStar was at 77 percent, I plugged in around 9pm and it fully charged (I have it set right not to charge to 90 percent) by 5:30am.
The PoleStar comes with a Level 2 charger with a 240v and also 110v plug adapter, so once I get the 240v in the same charge would take about 2 hours
240V will make a huge difference. I had a NEMA 14-50 outlet installed in my garage a few days before my P* was delivered. I also changed my breaker to 50A for that outlet so I can maximize my charging. I just use the charging cable supplied by P* (thanks MDlexus for the advice).

It definitely will. The cable that comes with the PoleStar is all you need, but I will have to buy another Level 2 charger for our Ioniq, as the cable that comes with it only supports 110v. But because the Ioniq only has a 38 Kwh battery, the way we charge it right now works fine, so charging it with 240v is probably not needed unless we drain it all the way down to 20 percent, which hasn't happened yet

I too was all ready to buy the ChargePoint Flex, but decided that I really didn’t need it after all.
I just leave the supplied charging cable plugged in and turn off the breaker when I’m not using it. I’ve read it’s not a good idea to keep unplugging and plugging it in. This may wear out the 14-50 outlet.
