Lucid Q4 & Full Year 2021 Financials + New Factory in Saudi Arabia
Lucid Announces Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2021 Financial Results, Updates 2022 Outlook
Electric Vehicle Manufacturer Lucid Group Gearing Up for First International Plant in Saudi Arabia
Somewhat surprised Lucid is gearing up for a factory over seas so soon, they are not even in mass production yet in the Unites States. I am not surprised at all they didn't meet their 520 production target for 2021 and I bet all their cars so far are basically hand built. 2022 production target is 12,000 to 14,000 that means they will need to be in full mass production fairly soon. Everything I've read and every vid I've watched is very positive, a few software bugs and glitches aside the car is amazing. Figure out mass production and I like Lucid's chances long term.
On an investor note stock holders don't like any of the news one bit LCID is down 10% after hours after being up almost 10% on the day. But the markets are highly unpredictable right now.

Electric Vehicle Manufacturer Lucid Group Gearing Up for First International Plant in Saudi Arabia
NEWARK, Calif. and RIYADH, Saudi Arabia, Feb. 28, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- Lucid Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: LCID), setting new standards with the longest range, fastest charging electric car on the market, today announced the signing of agreements with the Ministry of Investment of Saudi Arabia ("MISA"), the Saudi Industrial Development Fund ("SIDF"), and the Economic City at King Abdullah Economic City ("KAEC"), as it lays the groundwork for a full production factory in Saudi Arabia. The agreements are expected to accelerate Saudi Arabia's strategic goal to transform and diversify its economy through the development of sustainable energy and transportation. Lucid estimates that the location of Lucid's first international manufacturing plant in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia may result in up to $3.4 billion of value to Lucid over 15 years, and the facility will enable Lucid to address growing demand for Lucid's products.

It's mostly automated and sell offs happen when thresholds are hit. Also day traders buy and sell when there are slight movements up or down, also mostly automated

I'm hoping Sandy Munro gets a hold of one and does a tear down super curious to see what they did with the battery pack and motors.

I'm usually in a stock for the long haul unless there is a sudden surge, like what happened with Lucid back in December when it doubled. Those kind of surges usually have similar falls, so if I had the stock at $25 and it jumps above $50, then I would sell than buy back again when it hits the $20's again

I originally bought some at $9.98 I think it was. Don't think the stock has ever been below $9.
125 cars in two years, 2021 was supposed to be 520 cars because that's how much horsepower the Dream Edition has. Which doesn't actually make sense you don't base your production numbers on some arbitrary spec you make what you can make.
No, I just want to see the tech.
Rivian is at $54 billion how many have they sold? 100?
Under $10 I'll put all the money I made on LCID and put it back into the stock.
after all the hoopla, delivering 125 cars last year is pathetic.

I don't know how you came to that conclusion. Tesla generated 6.4 Billion in profits. Lucid, Ford sold out all their reservations. Hyundai sold 2,555 Ioniq 5's in 2021 and so far this year sold 3,500 units. EV global growth was 43 percent, 98 percent year over year. Sounds more like success, and not a bubble to me
