according to google street view, the houses on that street are crap shacks.
No wonder they use it for stunts

Here's an ethical dilemma. Should the car have stopped the person from doing this? It wouldn't be difficult Tesla is already tracking speed bumps and slowing down for them.

if it should stop people from doing something that stupid, it should stop them from going over 100mph, but then what's the point in having a plaid then?

I think there is a difference between going 100 and launching a car and destroying it. One seems a little bit safer.

No. It wouldn't be that simple, it would be hard to distinguish if you are doing something stupid, escaping a dangerous situation etc.

It wouldn't be hard the car via FSD already knows exactly where you are, speed, elevation, the street and its features. What I'm really saying is I think we are headed to a time when the car will prevent you from driving how you want.

Yeah, I don't really want that, although there are people that have no business being behind the wheel of a car, like idiots who put others lives in danger by racing etc. The solution for them is permanently remove their driving privileges, take their cars from them and put them behind bars if they continue to drive
