No one jumped that hill on accident. It's a very known street and there's have many, many people that have jumped motorycles and cars and whatever else there in the past. This guy in the Tesla is complete scum in my opinion. He did this with multiple people and a CAT they he had just taken off the street. No remorse or recourse for the people that could have been killed, the person's car they hit, or even the simple annoyance for the neighbor that has to buy new trash and recycling bins for their home.

It's the East side of the Hollywood Hills near Downtown LA. Lots of hills in the LA area, Baldwin hills, Pasadena, Azuza etc.
