I priced out a polestar (leather+sport) coming about 67ish plus tags and tags..there is a rebate there that's motivating but I absolutely Love how they styled this car

It has better specs than both the E-Tron and i4, and is basically a sleeping V8 killer. But again...I'll say no more
I must say yours looks fantastic in black.

I'm actually very happy with the ride height. It's very easy to get in and out of the car (much easier than my IS350), rides better than my IS that has new suspension and F-Sport springs, has a very good center of gravity. and handles curvy roads very nicely. I get all kinds of people coming up to me, even Tesla owners asking me about it and complimenting it's looks...which again I'm biased on this. There is really nothing I would change, except maybe I should have gotten the performance pack with the Ohlin dampers. When the lease is up in 2025, I might just buy it and give it to my wife and replace it with whatever Polestar has come out with, which will be much better because that will actually be an EV built from the ground up

black or darker color on the Polestar 2 does look better than white. what are the range on Polestar 2?

Mine was priced about 67k as well.
Only option I did not get was the Performance Pack for $5k.
I didn’t want the 20 inch wheels here in the Northeast.

Range was bumped up to 249 miles in a recent update.

Just take a test drive.

The 2021 Launch Edition included the optional ‘packs’ now offered minus the PP.

Black BTW is no cost. Saving $1200.

every car looks better in black.

and while i like the Polestar 2, and know OP said not interested in Korean cars, i think the Ioniq 5 / EV6 cousins give the polestar tough competition (especially with more interior space).

Agreed, especially the Kia 6. That's why I bought it in Black! Although with summer coming up, I may regret that decision

Good luck trying to get the Ioniq 5 or EV6 in their best trims. Sold out everywhere with large dealer markups. I found a couple dealers willing to sell it to me for MSRP but I'm on a list and the list is loooong . The Korean twins are much bigger vehicles though overall and don't compete directly with the Polestar 2. The Model 3 actually has more back seat space than the Polestar 2. Of course the Model 3 and Polestar 2 handle much better than the crossovers given their relative sizes.
