Lucid, Tesla..... who's counting . On a serious note, I still haven't seen one (Lucid) in the wild other than a mall space in San Jose. Not even at a charger
same here in San Diego. I’ve seen more Rivian than Lucid this year.
Same group of people behind those two companies. Mr. Rawlinson…..that guy 😆

Not even close. Ugly styling aside and awful interior, price is going to have to come way down. A Corolla starts at 20k and a Model 3 starts at 47 and jumps significantly from there.

I think you missed the point. They weren't comparing it to a Corolla, they were saying it's the Corolla of Tesla. Hopefully that clears things up

Honda Civic: 59,818 units
Toyota RAV4: 59,153 units
Tesla Model 3: 53,572 units
Tesla Models 3 and Model Y electric vehicles have outsold all new cars in California in the first quarter of 2022, even gas-powered vehicles.
In CA, we like tech.

CA has more money than the rest of the country and you have to figure that a lot of those electric purchases have political motives.

CA probably has the best charging network in the country so that helps a lot. Also, solar is so cheap compared to the rest of the country as well but their state taxes are the highest in the country by a good bit so they are probably paying as much but don’t see it coming out of their bank accounts like others would so it makes moving to an EV that much better.
Back to the Lucid, I actually like this car a lot if I wanted a luxobarge but I like a sportier looking car so I wouldn’t get it at this point in my like. I do really like everything about it but it’s just not a car for me.
