Garbage is a bit strong, but I agree with you on quality, fit and finish, which is completely unacceptable, especially at that price point. That's why I skipped Tesla when buying an EV. The problem is they still don't have much competition. That and high demand, Tesla has no reason to put a penny in quality. If other automakers are able to put out better products, then Tesla will be forced to address quality issues

Tesla really cut a lot of corners and cheapened the interior from the original S. Just look at the fixed shoulder belt adjusters that Tesla deleted.. or the lights on the doors that act a courtesy. So yeah garbage is fitting. But the power train is beyond incredible and NO gas required.
