Default Model S Plaid with a steering wheel

IMO this revolutionizes the car. I may need one…

I still like the yoke for 90% of my driving. The change I really want is a turn signal stalk. Those buttons are terrible and are anything but intelligent. The stalks that allow you to flick up or down for 3-5 blinks for changing lanes and full click up or down to stay on through a turn are superior. No reason to over-engineer something that isn’t broken in the first place.

That guys setup includes stalks…

Heres one that preserves the buttons the way they are now.

I like the look of this wheel better, but I do want stalks.

He's almost there.
Now they need to get rid of the screen and put the buttons and switches back where they belong. lol

i saw a comment saying the yoke was done so people WON'T drive the plaid so fast. kinda makes sense...

it's incredible what that owner (ryan) has done, software-wise, to make stalks work, extra functions, etc.

not sure tesla will be happy about that though (liability).

To be fair, my S560 had a very similar trim
misalignment. If that’s the only problem that’s a win IMO.

I like the screen, it’s just really interesting to watch both videos and see how much better the car is with stalks.

That's a lame excuse that doesn't hold up. If that was the case then why isn't the normal Model S available with a full steering wheel?

I didn't realize that, thanks. I thought it was only for the Plaid. Yikes.
