I'll give you that, they are annoying, the window has to roll down slightly when you open the door. But it saves weight, that's why they do it

i think frameless doors are more of a design than for weight savings. i like them myself!

I think it looks pretty cool for a little hot hatch. As for the windows, I never really paid much attention to it. Two of my current cars don’t have a frame and I don’t think I care either way.
