I just joined this site.I just bought my fourth lexus from JM. 2 es's 2sc's.My sc 300 is my every day beater.I traded a Porsche 911for a certified 2003 sc430(I loved the 911 but it didn't love my back). They let me drive every model in the place but I just could not pass up this white/saddle sc.The sales person was very patient and I got no pressure. I got a real good trade on my 911 and a good price on the 430.I have been to Pines&Palm beach, but always got best price at JM.

I had a good initial experience with JM. After a few hours of negotiations, I got an IS250 with a spoiler, 18 in. rims and the preferred equipment package for 33,500 out the door. It wasn't until after I bought the car that the problems with the dealership started. First, the salesman told me that I could come back and get Sirius radio installed within a month. However, I found out that Lexus isn't offering Sirius on any new models. Then, I was told that if I refer a friend who buys a car, I would receive a 100 dollar referal bonus. I did just that but when it came time to pay up, I didn't get jack *****. By the time my friend bought his car (2 weeks after I did), the salesman that I was working with quit. Because of this, my friend bought his car from a different salesman. Even though my friend told his guy that I referred him, JM said that since we dealt with 2 different guys, I wasn't eligible for the referal bonus.

I don't think I'll buy another Lexus because of the customer service issues and the fact that I miss listening to Howard Stern on the way to work. In retrospect, I probably should've bought a BMW. My brother never has a problem with the local BMW dealer and they offer Sirius.
