I want to upgrade my stock headlights and fogs to HIDs but I'm not that comfortable doing the install. Seems pretty simple but me trying to do an install in a tight spot doesn't work too well.

Anyone able to recommend a good and reasonably priced place either in Orlando or Melbourne area to do an install? Or I'm thinking of heading to the event at JM Lexus on the 15th &16th if anyone could recommend an installer down there.

I did the HID install in my ES300, including bulbs, ballasts and splicing the wiring harnesses. I don't have experience doing this in an IS, but if you swing by the JM Lexus meet on the 15th or 16th, maybe we can take a look.

In Melbourne there is Grip Industries, they have experience wiring HID systems.

Gave them a call, loving having a resource like that locally since I can do the basics but some items I just don't like to mess with especially tight spaces.
