What:2 Day event! December 9/10 (Saturday/Sunday)!

When:Saturday(Dec.9TH) Picnic/Cruise to Roxy Nightclub with VIP parking/Free Entrance!

Members will host a picnic in the park at (Downey Park) E. Colonial Dr.(Hwy50)/Dean Rd. from 12:00-5:00 p.m.? The meal cost will be $10.00 for a catered barbecue lunch(Bar B Que Boyz) ! Lunch will be served around 1:00 p.m., so get there early if you want to eat.

After the picnic participants will meet at the Amazon Mall(E. Colonial Dr./Rouse Rd.) parking lot from 8:00-9:00 p.m.to Cruise to Roxy's Nightclub to fellowship and engage in area activities.(12 ounce curls)! The club is giving us Free VIP parking up front and Free club entrance that night!(What a deal!) VIP parking is normally $20.00 and club entrance is normally $10.00 a $30.00 savings, with hopes that we would come out pack the lot and spend your time and money inside. There will be police officers on the property where the vehicles will be parked! Dress attire for the night would be casual with no T-shirts or tennis shoes. Jeans are acceptable but they must not be too baggy or rips! Shoes should be that of a hard bottom and of a dark color as well! The caravan will leave Amazon Mall parking lot no later than 9:30 to get to this club around 10:00 p.m.! We would love for those willing to go to Roxy's to follow the caravan schedule, that way we could get the whole group in at one time! Show your love and support and let's be on our best behavior!

(Sunday) Day of show tentative schedule:
12:00(noon)-2:00-Roll -In and Registration

2:00-3:00-Tour of Dealership and Facilities

3:00-4:00-RL Models on site for Photo Shots- Judjing Begins

4:00-5:00 Awards Presentation/Roll Out

Parking for spectators will be at the service center parking lot, just East of the dealership! See you there!

A sign-up list has been started to get a head count for food,so sign up if you think you'll be attending!

hey D would you and the crew consider moving the venue for this to the beginning of the keys say key largo area

it would be still a 2 day event , beaches for the wives/girlfriends and kids , plenty of grilling areas and a great palce to cruise on down to wet ******* and eat and drink

Ed, having this event in the Key's would really take away from the Orlando members thoughts and plans! I would be willing to do the Key's but,would like to stick to our tentative plans for this event! Would you and the South Florida Crew be willing to join us this time?
