I can tell you not to go to Lexus of Jacksonville. The Salespeople dont bother talking to you and wont come off the price much. Not to mention their service dept sucks. They are the only Lexus dealer in Jax and they are a hassle. On my last service visit they scratched my car and promised to warranty a part out and kept my car overnight for it. When i came to pick up my car they decided to deny my warranty claim after the service writer agreed to fix it.

I have had very good experiences with Lexus of Tampa Bay. They came off a little over 10% on my IS350. Ask for Victoria, she'll hook it up

I got my '01 GS300 from Wilde Lexus in Sarasota Fl. They are really a top notch dealership. They will treat you right. They worked with me on the price of my current car and gave me a great deal on my trade in. You wont be dissapointed going to these guys. Customer service is second to none! I highly recomend Wilde Lexus.

I go there too. My service writer Debbie and master tech Matt are awesome. They warranty anything I ask for.

Where in FL are you Neo300?

I've had really good experiences with wilde and palm beach lexus.

JM lexus, Kendall, and pines were all jerks to me and were trying to rip me off. Either that they didnt think I could afford to purchase a car.

The JM repair center is off the chains though. But you dont got to buy a car from JM to get it serviced there. Even though one of their salesmen said that we charge a few grand more for our cars here compared to other dealers because our service department is better.

I got my car at JM. I shopped around online. Picked the two lowest dealers. Then played one against the other. JM beat them by $500.00. I live 80 miles round trip to go to JM. Their service area is incredible. It is one of the nicest dealer service areas I have ever been to. I have Lexus of Pembroke Pines less than 2 miles from my house and think the place looks ghetto compared to JM. Pines Lexus was the 1st test drive of the IS350. I knew more about the vehicle then the salesperson (WTF), plus he never would return my calls. I do hear the parts department a Pines Lexus is very reasonable compared to JM.

Default Lexus dealership experience

I have been searching for a RX350 for a couple of weeks now and was wondering if anyone had any experience with Lexus of Melbourne? They have been giving me the best deals but I don't know how good their dealership is. I have also been getting some good offers from Lexus of Palm Beach but I read on BBB.com that they have a lot of complaints out against them. I tried talking to a guy at JMLexus who was totally rude and didn't care whether I bought a car from JM Lexus or not. So far the best offer I have gotten is 36,900 on a Flint Mica/Grey with the premium plus package + Navigation. Do you guys thinks thats a good deal? They have also offered me a deal of 39,500 for a RX350 with the Navigation/Mark Levinson Package. I'm still not sure which one I'm going to go with b/c I heard the ML sound system on a friend's RX350 and I wasn't that impressed. So any input you guys can give me to make my decision easier would be greatly appreciated. thanks

I haven't yet purchased a car from JM, but I do know that they make you wait a while before you hand over the money. But hey, I'll take a few cups of cappuccino and some butter cookies anyday!

I'd go to JM Lexus just for the experience. They didn't lie when they said its a $60mil dealership.

Vinster whereabouts are you located?. I'm looking to place an order for an RX too.

Assuming you're talking about a FWD, your figures i work invoice out to be:

36,900 = inv 37,893 (33814+1854+2225)
39,500 = inv 39,385 (33814+5571)

which is pretty good

Default False alarm

Sorry Notts,

Lexus of Melbourne was lying!! She left me a message with that price and then said that the price was for a base model RX350!! I clearly told her what I wanted and she was still playing the game. It seems like all of the Lexus dealers in Florida love to play games!! It's almost like they know we will eventually buy a car from them but they want to have some fun with us first. My lexus experience so far has been a real drag. Good luck on your hunt for a Lexus.
