I hope my car will be done to make it out there. From the couple of times I have been to Orlando and Miami events, it doesn't seem as if they actually fill up to capacity?

i actually do some layouts and floor planning. I'll tell you right now past few years all sold out solid in advance and shut down online car registrations. The spaces you're probably reffering to are usually in front of fire lanes, exits, air doors, and or are needed to fulfill firemarshall regulations. Each aisle way must have 10 ft aisle way and outskirts atleast 20ft-30ft. When you're expecting upwards of 15k people you can't just cram a bunch of cars in there and expect venue marshalls to clear you for general admission entry.

but thats all technical stuff, but i definitely feel you. I just dont want people to think we're keeping them out on purpose. When space fills.... sorry it just fills. Nothing anyone can do about it.

I'm coming with AAC and we have a caravan with 5 show cars and more non show cars right now coming from New Orleans. We are meeting up with a bunch of other people there and we expect around 16-20 cars in our AAC booth. This show already sounds like its gonna be better then Dallas. We won Best Lexus in Dallas but its sounds like their will be some real stiff compition in Orlando. Goodluck to everyone showing and it should be fun meeting some of you.
