Anybody been able to deal with them? What are people's general feelings about the sales dept and service dept?

My best friend purchased his '02 SC430 from Lexus of Orlando. I was with him during the purchase.

Exactly as you would expect from Lexus .. professional & courteous.

For sales, they were pretty courteous. In fact, the salesman scared the crap out of me during the test drive...he was a maniac! What fun though. As for service, you'd have to pay me to have my car repaired there ever again. They were rude, expensive and condescending. Disappointing that customer service isn't a focus for luxury car dealership. Courtesy Toyota treats me like royalty.

^ Same thoughts on the service department. There are some areas where there could be room for improvement especially customer treatment. I'd choose Courtesy Toyota, located next door to the Lexus dealer, over Lexus of Orlando any day.

I use Jose Morales for service, and Kirk for sales. Both have been super thus far.

i dont really like there service dept. to much either, but there parts isn't bad to deal with. it is nice looking in there

I rather go to Central Florida Toyota for service.
Cheaper and more courteous.

Lexus of Orlando has a nice waiting area though.
Nothing compared to Mercedes Benz of Orlando though. **drool**

they were alright to me , when i took my car for the heater core problem, i used the loaner car for a week, and they washed my car for me.
