Tinting in South Florida.
Does anyone have any recommendations for a really good tinting shop in South Florida? I was considering just letting JM Lexus do it for $299 (for all windows except windshield) because of their reputation.

i'm in the EXACT same boat as you. my car is comming in next week from JM lexus. JM will only tint 30% on the fronts because of the law. for that reason, i am thinkinkg about going elsewhere.
if you want darker tints, say 20%, go to tint world. they have a few locations, and from what i have heard, they are the best. i know there are a few members on these boards with isx50s that have gone to tint world - fantastic reputation.
let me know what you decide to do, and what you pay.

Yeah I'm looking for a place that will do it perfectly... meaning they will not fck up and cut my seals. Also, a single one piece film in the rear is a MUST, none of the 2 piece into one bullsht.
I called JM Lexus and according to them, or the sales rep. its laser cut, which does sound really good. But whatever works, might take it to senor stereo. I'm not looking to go deep dark, just enough to still sort of see through yet be dark. lol, i just want to prevent my leather from turning hard and nasty due to the great sunlight we have down here in miami.

I did not have JM Lexus do the tint because they are required to tint the front windows no darker than 30%.
Rather, I used Tint World in Boca Raton off of Spanish River Blvd. They have done a great job on every car we brought to them (7 total). They use laser cut tint to each car's specs. Further, I would recommend using the 3M CS tint for the IS as it assures not to hamper radio reception. They charge just under $250 to tint the entire car. That also comes with a lifetime warranty.

there's a place on south east corner of 441 & Atlantic. It's right next to a tattoo shop and Autotronic(I think thats the store name). They do a good job and cheap too. I have taken 5-6 cars there and always been happy with them.

I have an appointment to get my 08 IS350 tinted at Auto Supershield in Boca Raton on Wednesday, the same place that installed my clear bra. They seem to do a really good job. They charge about $250.00 to tint with a lifetime warranty. They use 3M tint that is guranteed not to turn purple and the tint is non metallic.

:lol: me and my buddy with his is250 got ours done today, in boca raton, 15% all around $280 total = $$$140 a piece FTWWWW 
eddy's tint and auto sound, right off spanish river blvd and oak.... if anyone is getting chargerd more than $200 for tint you guys are outa your mind!!!

any shop on dixie and like yamato to spanish river is well priced..for future reference. I'm not sure if you can post other places up here, but I just found a great Lexus/Toyota mechanic, south of W. Atlantic on Congress. genius haha. i guess..message me to either let me know i can post name and # or message me to ask for them haha
