I have an experience with them for getting the windows tinted...

and they re-did the job twice... meaning they did 3 times for window tints

and still did not make me satisfied caused of bubbles not going away...

and they told me that they can not remove bubbles..

and i just got my new car Clear Brad but they need to install additional clear bras cause of them forgotton to tell the installer to put it onto head lights and fog lights..

it is going to be their 3rd time job again...

Lexus Of Orlando makes a LOT of mis-communications which lead to failure of customer satisfaction...

Damn chb402, I feel your struggle. You should tell this to the service manager at lexus of orlando, and if they can't help you with your frustation then go to the next level.

FYI Window tinting and clear bra's to my knowledge arent lexus's dealership's expertise, they outsource companies that come in and do it. But, this dosent require brian surgery, should have been a simple job, clearbra and tint.

Miss-communication does happen, and shouldn't fall on the shoulders of the customer. Anytime Ive gone to lexus of orlando, I always gotten a follow up service call, did you get one? You can always tell them whats the deal with your issue and they have the means to make it right for you.

I would never take my car to a dealership for window tinting or clear bra install. There are many other cheaper and better places to do those installs. It's unfortunate that you learned it the hard way, but like lexis307 said actively voice your concerns to the service manager about their service done to your car and hope that a peaceful resolve comes out of it.

I have gotten nothing but great service when I was going to UCF... I took my car there many times and they took great care of me... Best service I have experienced so far... Unfortunately you had a retard tinting your windows...

I'd have to say its probably not Lexus of Orlando's fault, but the vendor that they used. I doubt they have their own tinter for the dealership. I would ask to be refunded the money and have it done elsewhere.
