spotted an black ISF with chrome front plate around Daytona Beach on i95 around 3pm yesterday. Was behind me and then took off when the road expanded to 3 lanes.

yesterday i spotted a IS300 looked dropped.. 18" rims looked like.. front had a tinted strip on the windshield and all the windows were tinted.. yellow fogs.. On 82av and 124th st.. he was going towards 128 way.. anyones?
