well, some more bad news, while ***** is in NY, his wife and kids were evicted out of a house they were "renting" ,they haven't made payments in months,he didn't even make effort to help arrange to help her to move stuff,I've also heard the landlord is getting ready to kick him out of the shop,the last payment he made was a G35 about 8 months,

good luck getting any $$ out of him, you need to pick up the car and cut your losses
