On my way home tonight there was a black 03-04 mustang svt cobra convertible. This is the supercharged one and it wasn't stock. We lined up around 80mph, i heard him downshift, and we both hit it. He got the jump on me and pulled about 2 - 2 1/2 car lengths on me up to about 120mph. Then we lined up again and the same outcome.
I wasn't expecting to beat him but I think my car did pretty good even though I did both runs from 4th gear. His passenger was recording with a video camera so hopefully I see it on YouTube soon so I can find out what mods he has.

I know I and a few others had some crazy runs coming back from Miami last weekend.
I also know or heard about a run from a pair of M5's and one of the two got bent over and spanked with a yaad stick .. I mean yardstick

On my way to work this morning I was driving next to a white turbo tC. It had a black hood and black with polished lip wheels and was lowered. When we got on the highway, he was behind me. I see him change lanes and he hit it. I put it in 4th at around 70mph and hit it as he was trying to pass me. He was able to get next to me up to around 100mph and then I started to leave him. I kept going until around 130mph and let off. I was way ahead.
He had his windows up so I didn't see who the driver was. He exited right after.

This isn't a race story but something strange happened with my car today. It was the weirdest thing. As most of you know I have been driving without 3rd gear for a long time now. Almost 8 months I believe.
Well I just got back from pbir and when I was pulling into my driveway I go to put it in 1st. I noticed my car not moving so I grab the shifter and put it in neutral. As I did that the shifter didn't feel like it was in 1st to begin with. It was actually in 3rd. I was like WTF??!?!?!!?!
So I reversed back and tried to put it in 3rd and it went straight in really smooth. So I drove around tue neighborhood and 3rd is working fine now!!!! It's been soooo long. It feels like a whole new car. I haven't shifted hard into it yet but for now I'm just happy to be able to run through all my gears.
It's a miracle lol!!!

I hate when s*** like this happens. You got a couple of young teenagers who get a license and civic and act like they have been racing for years. Now these troops are going to be on the hunt for people racing.
