I'll be at the 1/8th mile in Lakeland for test n' tune this Thursday with a few buddies (vw/bmws/ and such).
If anyone else wants to come and rock out with us the track opens at 5 for TnT.
I'll have my mini hd cam as well as the nikon, shooting vid most the time and pics till it gets to dark or i get lazy which ever happens first.
Let me know if yall are coming so I can look for you.
When we figure out where we're going to congregate (for those not 'dragging') I'll let everyone know here.
We might have a 'digital dyno' that people can use (ipod with dyno software and a gtech unit) for friends to use as well. So know your weight (and remember no fatties....)
Looking forward to seeing some nice cars rip up the 1/8th mile, heck i might even take the boat down it for ****s and giggles

we are going to aim to get there around 6-6:30 my silver GS300 will stick out like sore thumb so look for it and you'll find us (or shoot me a pm with a sexy message for some digits), i'll post if we plan on congregating at the track before hand if we get that organized

wish i was there sooner but a pair of state troopers thought it would be fun to pull me to run my license and check for lights on the GS300.
it ended up raining like crazy so we all got 'free passes' for next week, so we'll try this all over again.
the one video in the "mist" a buddies S4 vs a Volvo. I grab the cam and ran over so sorry I didn't get a weight on the cam. I tried to read the boards at the end of the run.

less cars than on thursday? shoot that means no one just be there lol. you can hot lap the living **** out of your car on thursdays if you want a bud was learning out to launch on a drag track, we had to stop him and make him park for a while because he was in the danger zone
