well just got off the phone with my aem tuner , bad news











forr some, tuner will be in town tomm afternoon to spend 3 days we me tuning black kniight , so let the party begin ...I hope m5 shows up , i got 25psi of fun for him ,yes sir if all goes how tuner has planned 25psi

dude you suck... i hate when you scare the ish out of me as if something happend to the car and you type a bunch of spaces and type good news... i get scared easily

when you get the car running right and a decent tranny then i will say hail to the big juice but until then move aside .. your tranny cannot take your abuse man ..your little turbo will run out of breath and you need to learn how to drive

up your turbo , put in a good ems , get r154 or 6sp then you will have a gret car period and it will truly kick *** all over the place

ED I totaly agree with you on the tranny part but some of us are lazy and drive our cars daily so an auto is a must. But you can do work to the auto trans so be careful

ED you still might push 25psi but I can do the same with just 18psi.

wheres the other dark night ,,, jerome help me out here .. i got somewhat of car painting a huge bulls eye on my back with some sort of 2jz vvtiiiiiiiiiiii sore motor and now that cute funny little thing called a jr jz (1j) wanting a piece

and din you equation is somewhat wrong


auto tranny lauch harder and shift faster down low and off the line , but theres the problem it shifts tooooooo fast and you cant stay in the desired sweet spot .. on a 1/4 mile yes thats good for most dragsters are auto to some degree but on a hwy pull manuel resigns king ( as long as driver knows what hes doing) for i can stay in boost all the way up to red line ( oh i forgot to tell you i have no real red line now )maybe 7k maybe 8k ill never tell, so i can hold that sweet spot much longer


also your weight did go up with the introdution of the aristo motor as comapared to the stock 2jz motor , you should have picked up a couple of hundred pounds there give or take

Actually I stayed about the same. the only thing that would make it weight more is single turbo and thats not much when you lost that annoying intake piece that goes over your valve covers and etc.


I IS should weight 3300lbs now but will see when I weight it at a truck stop.


my car will weight 3000lbs when I am done with it.
